About
張育通博士致力於結合行為科學、健康科技與生物統計，強化緊急醫療系統（EMS）與社區災難應變之韌性。具備豐富的到院前救護實務經驗，曾於台灣及澳洲從事緊急救護工作，深刻了解第一線人員的現場挑戰。
目前任職於國立臺北護理健康大學健康科技學院，擔任助理教授，並兼任台灣醫療救護學會秘書長。持續推動醫療救護人員專業發展、職業安全，以及創新數位學習模式的研究與實踐。
研究興趣涵蓋到院前救護、災難管理、緊急救護人員心理健康、空間分析應用於 EMS 資料，以及社區急救教育推廣。

Take Action 3.0 社區醫療韌性計畫
與美國在台協會（AIT）合作，推動建立醫療韌性推廣基地，強化民眾災難應變能力與社區防救災網絡。
Project 02
第一線人員心理健康研究
執行「Responding to the Call」專案，深入調查並建立緊急救護與消防人員的心理健康支持與同儕支持系統。

PERIC 2026 國際研討會
以「Resilience and Technology in EMS」為主題，籌辦 2026 醫療救護與緊急應變國際研討會，促進國際學術交流。
